SoMachine Communications Simulation
To begin, we must say that with SoMachine version v4.3, the communication simulation does NOT WORK!!!
We have previously seen how with Unity-Pro // Control Expert we communicated with the Simulator and WinCC, but with SoMachine it is not enabled.
For this test, I have done the following: I installed CodeSys on a machine with the RTE.
As can be seen in the following image, I am going to load the program onto the machine called PCBECKHOFF.

Once the project is downloaded and in RUN mode, note that we are not in Simulation mode. We have a warning, which can be seen in the following image.

Version with which I performed these tests.
I also tested with the SoMachine Simulator and a PLC M24x - M25x etc... - With the SoftPLC Win V3 version and with all the same result, it is not enabled.

On the other hand, if we make the same configuration and test with CodeSys, the ModbusTCP communications work correctly. I tested the communication with WinCC and everything is perfect. It also works perfectly with CodeSys Win V3.

Conclusion, we will wait to see if the next update of SoMachine enables it just like in CodeSys, for when tests need to be conducted.
