If after configuring our WinCC WebNavigator server, and it works correctly on our own server, but when we connect from a client we get the following message "No Connection to server"
As seen in the following image, from the client, we can access the server, which means that the web service is working correctly, the username/password is also correct since we have connected and obviously we can ping.
So the first thing to check if you are in this situation is whether remote connections have been enabled on the WinCC WebNavigator Server.
We access the Simatic Shell and right-click to access the settings.
The checkbox Remote communication is not enabled :-(
We need to enable it and that's it...
The client connects perfectly now :-)
